If US can achieve multiple goal by aquire a base at balochistan, it's win win for them. Iran, Pakistan and CPEC, all in their control.

they acquired whole afg and iraq deary still could not digest em they had bases in blochistan before didn't help em much in winning in afg they don't need bases in blochistan as already have dozens In Iraq neighbor nations so why risk supplies on Pak who in past have disturbed em
and they know we won't give it to. em and if do would handicap it

btw yr idea of bases disturbing cpec is vry childish USA would still need Pak route for supplies unless USA actively starts raiding cpec projects while being still dependent on Pak passage for supplies these bases can do nothing to cpec

I think I agree with you. Ppl not in knows still blame Pres. Musharraf for agreeing too quickly to US demands. Yeah, he could have been a Rambo and said a flat no, but America was like a mad elephant after 9/11 and was out to prove it's prowess militarily. I don't think he wanted to take a gamble or attempted to do something so risky to the whole country.
