Her accent is the furthest thing in the world from Chinese or Chinese-inflected English.

On the other hand, it's very plausible that it's Indian English or some other South Asian variant I think. Back before the Philippines wrested control of the English language call center industry, India supplied the world with tech coolies working in customer support. And the girl's English definitely sounded like it could come from the other side of the line of an outsourced Indian call centre, helping you with your iPhone
