You do realize that you essentially only helped me in providing information.. and yes you are all kids in this matter.
Now look at the diagram you posted... the angle of attack also effect the airflow over the aircraft.
Take a look at this.. Whether the Qaher does 50 degrees or 80 degress by Iranian "Brilliance".. what will happen is that the airflow going over the intakes will essentially be disrupted.
angleOfAttack.jpg

So as the Qaher does its 50 degrees.. the cavitation( empty pockets of nothing) around its intakes will reduce the air going into the engines to a point where it starts to starve for air. Once that happens.. the engine will die out.. and your knowledge(which is an insult to the word) of AoA which has told you nothing about that..should tell you if there is some intelligence that without enough air the engine dies...shut off. Leaving the Qaher falling out of the sky. So regardless of whether it can do 50 or 90 degrees.. the Qaher will be unable to do it because its engine will start dying before it even gets there.
OMG what are writing ? oh holy jesus what did i just read ?

when u say an aircraft can achieve a 50 degree angle of attack , it means the AoA in which the aircraft's engines dont face Compressor stall !!!

r u for real ? :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Angle of attack - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

when we say F-22 can do a 60 degrees AoA , it means when it has a 60 degree alpha , the compressors dont stall o_Oo_Oo_O

:what::what:

for example if the engines of F-22 are changed to a more advanced ones , it can achieve higher AoA as well .

cut on the joke pls

I can do DAMN well what I want here
everyone knows u r a senior mod and u have certain powers here that u r so proud of ......

but in real life , are u as proud ?

So its a bomber then that has very little capacity for bombs in general?
LMAO

my post :

top intakes serve by making the aircraft heck lot more stealthy - a feature gravely needed for stealth low-alt bomber aircrafts

your reply :

:D

what did that sentence have to do with this reply ?

@Penguin

If you interested , F-313 is close to F-35 in size ... I am not talking about capabilities !
2 questions

* How did you arrive at that conclusion (where did the data on dimensions come from?)
* Are you referring to the size of the mock-up (we do agree it is a mock up?), or any eventual actual plane (i.e. is or is not the mock up full scale)?

So what you are saying is that Qaher has really tiny engines and doesnt really go that fast? so it has smaller intakes..and those too located above the aircraft so that at high angle of attack airflow is obstructed to them?
And because the Intakes are above the aircraft.. there is no need for a duct to let air flow through...and since the engines are really tiny there is enough space for 2000 pound bombs?.. :astagh:

I think I have nothing more to say to you. Clearly, Im debating with a fanatic and not someone who has the slightest clue about aviation or aircraft.

If the next thing Iran does is like Qaher-313.. I'd rather not waste my time looking at it.
OMG you are too ignorant :hitwall:

Qaher is 14 metres long.can your brain processes this simple number?and that of f-35 is 15!!!!
Stop quoting me please.you are nothing but a jealous troll.

It is a mockup !

I can only tell you , you are trying to analyze the wrong stuff !

I am not going to repeat my words.you didn't provided any fact to support your claim on Qaher's intakes.Intake's size depends on engine type.what you wrote is supposed to blame it's place (intakes are located above the wings) ,not its size.

Qaher's length is estimated to be 13 to 14 metres and that of F-35 is 15.and unlike F-35, Qaher's intakes are located above the wings.so there might be a bigger weapon bay in Qaher.

Is it a full scale mock up?

.
What is the progress on this project? Any new pictures? Updates?

No ... this mockup was a part of designing proccess!

But our Ex was so hurry to unveil the stuff ...

It was a big shame ... they pissed on all engineers hard work in seconds !

I know it was funny :(

As they said , the prototype is not ready yet to show off !

Fighter jet is a complex system & takes time to finish ... same as B-373 which unveiled 5 years after first announcements !

If so, a pretty dumb idea to stick a lifesize pilot in the less than lifesize mock-up then!

Anyway, without knowing the exact scale to which the mock-up was built, one can't really estimate the aircraft size from pictures of it. So, where does the data on dimensions come from?

Sorry but i can't tell you ... I can only ask for more patience !

So this Ghaher has an engine in it or not? Because Iran released pictures of it flying and now some Iranians here say it is a mockup without engine. Wooden mockups can't fly as far as I know..

.
What is your idea about FB-44 ?
Well, at some point Iran will need to replace F-4s and F-14s, so it would seem logical to that some development effort is focussed on a successor 'high end' plane (as opposed to a replacement for the F-5 'low end' jets). And it would be logical to build on elements already well known, some possibly reverse engineered and locally manufactured to support the current fleet (e.g. swing wing from F-14, and also used on Su-20/22 and Su-24).

The one which flew was an RC models not the mock-up.

.
they were mothballed, then they discovered ppl trying to sell(illegally) parts to (probably)iran and decided to shred the rest.

and the ROC wouldnt want the f-14(unless maybe free) they are far more interested in upgraded or new f-16s. and im not sure what you mean by "build them China style", u mean large quantities? cause the ROC is no PRC, its manufacturing sector is no where near as large, nor do they have the cash to do this.
please don't talk about something you don't knew anything.
there was no spare part for F-14 in market as only USA navy and Iran Had those planes and it was twenty years that USA allowed sale of any part for those planes . they were destroyed in fear that if they were sold to third party then maybe the third party sell them to Iran.

.
Good God Almighty...!!!

This 'Iranian physics' is getting worse and worse...
