Well, I'm sure even if that was the new name of this liberal Islam , then hundreds of thousands muslims from the middle East, North Africa and South Asia will be flocking to the West to claim asylum from religious persecution,claiming they are fleeing persecution from their home country since they follow the Germanic sect.

This will be a new and better source of emigrating to the West without much trouble.

1. Gays are allowed to pray at any mosque .Islam does not base worship on gender.
2. In Islam there had been occasions where men and women prayed at same mosque.
For your information in Lahore Pakistan at Badshahi Mosque during ramadan you can find such mix gathering for Tarawih prayes.

If that's the case, why are members here saying this mosque is trying to reform Islam then? That's if as you said , what this 'liberal' mosque is trying to offer is already widely spread/mainstream and accepted around mosques and people all over the muslim world.

1- What's a liberal mosque exactly? Is the mosque itself identifies as "liberal"? The immam is liberal? Only liberal are allowed to pray in it?
