No offense at all mate, we ain't talking about suddenly turning back to zoroastrianism or whatever other religion. We're just talking about not shoving a certain religion into peoples throats. People should be free to chose their religion. If certain ideology/religion is constantly force fed to us, it will work the opposite.
Well said, last 1000 years Iran turned into a muslim majority country. we've reached the peak of islam inside Iran now with 98% being born as muslim. After the peak there will be the valley. And thanks to media and internet and education level, this will happen. It can be a long and slow proces, but it's already started. We saw this proces with religion (in this case christianity) in Europe.
We're nationalists, that's our "issue" and some don't like it. But we exist inside Iran and we don't comprpmis with islamists and communists as long as they don't compromis with us. They have their say in last 40 years. Islam has been very safe in Iran (not struggling) until internet and smartphones and flow of information became available for almost all Iranians. Major cultural change will not happen in short term, it can take 250 years. There is a start, there is a base, there is a movement, although blocked by pan-islamists, but the blockade will be defeated eventually.
About the political situation and economy in todays Iran, I'm 100% against revolution (chaos) and I'm 100% pro change/improvement from inside of the country by Iranians without any foreign interference.
My personal situation is very good (health, family, finance), everyday I enjoy life. I'm what we in persian language call "Irangara" and many are like me.
