1.I believe that TM didn't know GZ had a gun.

2. Then you would have been an aggressor, and GZ again can defense himself from the attack.

3. Of course he knew, he was defending himself and he purposefully killed TM to save himself. He never denied that because that is the point of self-defense, and that is why manslaughter does not apply in this case. and by Florida statutes, he had the right to use deadly force because he feared great bodily injury (when TM was banging his head against the cement ground repeatedly).

I think the issue here is not whether GZ had the right to question and follow TM as a watchman, because these activities will not lead to any physical injury. TM could have called the police as well if he was not comfortable with that. However, when TM decided to approach GZ and physically attack GZ, it has become a very clear self-defense case.

I am still disappointed that the DA chose to prosecute GZ because there is clear interference of justice from the government (If I had a son blah blah blah). But the verdict today at least show that the system does not fail completely.

I served as juror in a 2nd degree murder case in Florida, Hillsborough County. It involved an abused wife, a revolver, and a dead husband. It was a six-man jury composed of four women and two men. The foreman was fellow USAF. He was in a different unit than I was but we were at the same base -- MacDill. Two women knew how to handle firearms. All of them married with children. Unanimous acquittal in 3 hrs of deliberation. Unless you know exactly what transpired inside the jurors' minds and during deliberation, do not presume that your opinion has any validity.

No but if your being pursed but a burly man like george zimmerman of course your going to grow suspicious I don't see how you can claim self defense to a situation you instigated through racial discrimination
