I wonder why Chinese leadership constantly demands PLA to strickly follow CPC party order. Will some mad PLA generals want to start a war because they seek more funds and power?

constantly demand? its just something they say, since the founding of the PRC does anyone doubt mao didnt have control over the pla? because they said these things during his time too

first of all, Liu Yazhou is a rising star and could very possibly become one of the leaders of the entire PLA, he is far from nuts, from his statements we can deduced he want to push military modernization much further, the hardware part is going well, next comes the software part(doctrine)

secondly where are you getting your crackpot theories from? Deng send the pla to war because he couldnt control them? lol this is among the most laughable claims i have ever read about Deng. Deng was a long march veteran, his long military credentials and relations grants him more control of the pla than even obama has over the US military.
