1 on 1 Eurofighter have more chances, probably. But when you consider that MiG-35 is almost 3 times cheaper - chances of euro are close to zero.
How come it's three times cheaper?

In fact, everything depends on the pilot. Figures in wikipedia - it's relative indicators. If the pilot of the MiG-35 is Russian pilot - he is quite capable to compete with any western fighter, well, except for the F-22 and F-35.
OK, what make a Russian fighter better than the others please?

This one is a beoutiful gear.

The DP-64 double-barrel grenade launcher penetrates and destroys submerged targets from as far as 400 meters away, and is designed to protect oil rigs from enemy frogmen.
Russia's JSC Bazalt has announced that it has launched mass production of the DP-64 "Nepryadva" double-barrel anti-sabotage grenade launcher, following an order from Russia's Defense Ministry, the head of the company's Science and Engineering Department, Pavel Sidorov told RIA Novosti.
"The DP-64 is currently in mass production. In 2014 we got a sizable order from the Ministry of Defense, I can't disclose its exact volume and what units it will be supplied to, but it's for the Navy," Sidorov, the company's representative at the IDEX 2015 international defense expo in Abu Dhabi, UAE, told the agency.
The grenade launcher is designed for the protection of ships from combat divers (frogmen) while on external raids, open anchorages and naval bases, as well as the protection of water-based structures, sea platforms such as oil rigs, and other important coastal and off-shore facilities. The grenade launcher's maximum effective range is 400 meters.
Previously, the DP-64 grenade launcher, which is capable of firing at underwater targets, was only made in small batches for ship-based naval infantry, some units of the Federal Protective Service and the Russian Coast Guard, which is part of the FSB's border guard service.
The DP-64 was developed in 1989 at the V.A. Degtyarev Plant in Kovrov, Vladimir region. It entered service in 1990.

TASS: Russia - Almost 300,000 contract servicemen in Russian Armed Forces — Defense Ministry

The Russian Defense Ministry plans to replace all junior command personnel with contract servicemen

MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. Russian army will soon increase its contract personnel number to 300,000. This year, the Russian Defense Ministry plans to replace all junior command personnel with contract servicemen, head of the ministry’s main personnel department Viktor Goremykin told reporters on Friday.

According to him, the Defense Ministry is building the contract service system so that the contract servicemen had the opportunity to engage in training: "A serviceman can start with a primary position, and then undergo training for junior commanders. In the future we plan to fully replace all conscript sergeants with contract personnel, which is the task of the year."

"Today, regarding the manning level - 299,508 people in the army are contract servicemen. We are nearing the level of 300,000 contract servicemen," Goremykin said. According to him, "there are some ideas and plans to mark this."

"And for two consecutive years - in 2013 and 2014 - we were attracting 80-90 thousand people each year, said the personnel department chief. "This is quite a lot. At enlistment offices we have instructors in the services and branches of the armed forces to ensure targeted selection, which has already brought very good results."

According to the Defense Ministry, manning of troops (forces) with servicemen under contract is based on the rigid multi-level system of selection of candidates, obligatory sending them to instruction in training centres or educational institutions for preparation and subsequent conclusion of contracts, as well as multi-level system of military service, which provides, depending on qualifications, professional growth of contract servicemen.

Goremykin said that the Defense Ministry was developing a variety of measures to make military service attractive. One of these measures is military mortgage. To date, contract personnel in six years of service can obtain housing through military mortgages.

New technologies of communication and navigation systems fitted on new Russian combat vehicles.

The latest combat vehicles and APC Kurganets-25, Bumerang 8x8 APC, Typhoon-U and Typhoon-K will be equipped with advanced software and hardware systems from United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation. The upgraded communication, navigation, and control equipment allows crews to observe an entire tactical situation in real time and interact with control points through a single system of automated battle management.

Sergey Skokov, Deputy CEO of UIMC, explained that the armored vehicles utilize a fundamentally new approach. Rather than creating separate means of communication, navigation and control, UIMC decided to form a single space for information. “The software and hardware system onboard a tank or armored personnel carrier constitutes part of the network structure, which integrates unmanned systems, reconnaissance, electronic warfare equipment, guidance systems, fire damage equipment, and more,” said Sergey Skokov.

The new software and hardware facilitates faster management of combat units and with a minimal crew can lead a team and report on their performance. An integrated Geographic Information System in PTK depicts the situation on the battlefield in real time. Modern methods of data visualization can significantly simplify decision making during combat conditions. Target coordinates are transmitted to weapons in less than a minute from the moment the enemy is detected.

Integrating a variety of computing, information, and communications resources into a single information environment is the foundation for a fundamentally new concept of warfare, known as network-centric warfare. Success in an armed struggle is not achieved due to advantages in numbers and firepower, but a result of excellence in information and the deployment of military units, which are dispatched at a considerable distance, removed from command posts, yet united within a sustainable information and communications network,” explained Vasily Borisov, Scientific Director of Concern Sozvezdie.
As previously reported, a unified software and hardware system developed by Sozvezdie will be installed in the future Armata tank, whose first demonstration will also take place on May 9, 2015, on Red Square in Moscow.
