Honestly speaking, we need a Nationalist DG ISI , its about time .. US will leave Afghanistan sooner or later and it will be us once again who will have to do the clean up , its high time we look after our own interest . For those who are confused over the rumor of a possible coup, you need to understand in any Internal Political turmoil such rumors are very common, I remember a lot of article and youtubers follow up BS rumors of such , Brigade 111 was moved to protect the national Institution but was seen as a Possible preparation of a take over. NS was dangerous as he put MI against the ISI by intercepting calls, as for ISI they indeed keep a sharp eye on all aspects and prevent anarchy , even if it means intervention . I am amazed how they talked about Rizwan akhter, that guy break the back bone of Karachi unrest ,and took down MQM . I doubt he was a bad DG, he might be disliked by US because covertly US has put active assets in Karachi to keep it destabilize it .
