pretty sure the Iraqis themselves are responsible for that , a tank isn't autonomous it needs a good a crew not an incompetent one

Those Abrams which is going to Morocco are from American Army stocks\graveyard and they were build in 80s. They have tiny armour and can be penetrated in frontal area even by old Metis from 70s. Not to mention newer ATGM.

They have no chance against Algerian T-72\T-90, also.

huh? M1A1 the base version that was built in 80s still have more armor than a T-72 and T-90 , Algerian T-90s don't even have Shtora in place

M1A1 has far better FCS , armor , communication systems , battle management system and thermals for the commander

M1A1 SA which comes with even more armor upgrades is better than any tank in Russian inventory

Algeria has 250-300 Export Versions of T-90s , I don't know about exact numbers for T-72 but only a small number have been upgraded the rest are either T-72A which don't even have ERA blocks or B versions.

again like I said , M1A1 SA is better than anything Algeria has in it's inventory

if war situation we exceed in number is 1 against 3 maybe even 4 then comes the configuration, the moroccans will never send their tanks in frontal confrontation because they know we will sweep them ,this is not a problem for us these tanks will serve them in a conflict in western sahara against polisario front but no more

We are seeing it every day...The Houthis are having a lot difficulties to convence the Sauds to stay in their tanks in face of harless RPG's, kornet or a mere 75 mm recoiless gun

A massive deficit? even though that the case of most of the countries including yours, all the defenses programs will stay their course.

the chinese tanks nor the Abrams are equivalent to the T-90 SA...Algeria t-90's are superior to the one fielded by the Russians troops.
