Yes, it appears that there is solid proof of a HAMAS rocket that was accidentally launched.

This was already debunked. Check earlier pages. And all these rockets got through and not a single one failed to launch. And these small rockets with 20lb warheads going to Sderot. Israel bombed the hospital and admitted to it. Only after they saw extent of civilian casualties did they backtrack. And now they continue to massacre family after family.

Even any war enthusiast who has been following the battlefields for 3-4 years can understand that the detonation effect at the moment of the attack and the hitting sound immediately before it is only an air-dropped bomb probably more than 1000lb. Hamas has no such capability.

But what do we know on the other side, that a few days ago one of the BBC affiliated channels fabricated a story that there might be tunnels under this hospital. Then the German DW fabricated whitewashing that civilian deaths cannot be considered a war crime. And that the IDF had warned for evacuating the hospitals during time.

Today's ballistic examination and digital analysis technologies are capable of shedding light on this case without leaving any doubt. So it cannot be brushed off as "we didn't do it". But the question is whether an independent review board will be allowed, as you say.
