Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

.
But for how long Israelis could live in peace without meaningful compromises?

I am all for compresmise .

But who are we going to compremise with ? Hamas ?

They vow to continue fighting till the last inch of Palestian is liberated . That does not leave much room for compremise , does it ?

They best they are willing to offer is a ceasefire , or hudna, This means that every two years we have a new blood cycle.

People talk a lot about the Plestinain- Israeli conflict , but relatively speaking , compared to other conflicts in the region s , the level of voilence and number of casualties over a span of 70 years , are stlll relativly small.

Some red lines have never been crossed , untill what happened on that massacre 3 weeks ago , Saterday , the 7 of October.

Looks like someone is delibretly trying to turn this conflict into a blood feud that can't be resolved.

Otherwise i see no logical explanation to that Saturday morning massacre.

Hamas accepted 1967 borders, did you?

. .
Israel doesn't even declare their borders. I wonder why ?
At the UN he shows a map of "Israel" having annexed all of Palestine and the occupied Golan Heights, but these clowns say Hamas is the problem (after the PLO recognised Israel decades ago and Hamas accepted the 1967 borders)

You know when you claim you are for peace, you actually have to show it. Peace does not mean colonize Palestinian land in silence. It means a independent state for the Palestinians.

Israel has shown again and again it does not actually support peace. And is making moves in the West Bank and Gaza. It's not about retaliation or Hamas. These are long-planned strategic moves. Which it thinks it can undergo due to normalization with a few states.

You can say you support peace a million times. It means nothing when you deny the Palestinians their rights. You deny their right to have self governance and a military. Hamas has a right to exist. Hamas is a legitimate movement. You have no right to say Hamas must not exist or Palestinians can't have arms. If you ignite conflicts and break ceasefires, then you are responsible for outbreaks of violence.

Wow , did you even bother reading your own source , before posting it here ?

Hamas accepts Palestinian state with 1967 borders

Khaled Meshaal presents a new document in which Hamas accepts 1967 borders without recognising state of Israel.
~

“We shall not waive an inch of the Palestinian home soil, no matter what the recent pressures are and no matter how long the occupation,” Meshaal said as he revealed the document to the public after two years of work.

In other words they are willing to get 1967 borders now , and continue to try and destroy us when they are in the mood for it,

Again this is your own source , so i need not post a new one to prove my claim :

Most reports I have seen suggest Hamas fighters received training from Hezbollah and the IRGC Qods Force

I don't buy that. It's impossible for them to get out of Gaza. Iran used to train some on anti-tank missiles way back in the early 2000's up to around 2011. Hamas's tactics and training methods are largely exclusive to itself. It has more combat experience with Israel than anyone else. What Iran helps with is tech know how, how to better store weapons, and how to make more efficient firing systems.

Yes, I did.

“Hamas considers the establishment of a Palestinian state, sovereign and complete, on the basis of the June 4, 1967, with Jerusalem as its capital and the provision for all the refugees to return to their homeland is an agreeable form that has won a consensus among all the movement members,” Meshaal said.
