What is Hezbollah doing? 44 men gone to fight a pillar on the border for two straight weeks? They killed probably 3-4 Israeli soldiers. I thought Hezbollah was some elite force. Is the political heads of Hezbollah holding back the military wing ? This is embarrassing for the 'resistance-axis' guys. Can you do something else besides hitting this stupid pillar on the border ?
Your sectarianism is getting the better of you again, your obsession with Hezbollah and Iran is not healthy.
Now let's debunk your lies:
- What you call "a pillar" is a collection of 31 massive surveillance towers spread across the (very long) Israel-Lebanon border. Israel has invested billions of dollars into this comprehensive system of surveillance across the border.
- Each of these huge towers (easily 30-40m tall) carries a large amount of advanced surveillance/monitoring equipment and radars (some of these are very large in their own right).
- Hezbollah is systematically attacking and degrading the operational capabilities of these towers (they are not, contrary to your Saudi-Zionist Twitter troll propaganda, attacking the same tower every time). This has been acknowledged by the Israelis.
- Hezbollah does not fear death and openly admits its martyrs immediately. By contrast, Israel has a very strong military censor that typically hides their losses until many months later. So your pro-Zionist speculation on the relative casualties is not accurate (indeed, even the Israelis acknowledge more than "3-4 Israeli soldiers" have been neutralised by Hezbollah).
- Israel is deliberately keeping their soldiers away from the border with Lebanon (they are effectively in hiding).
- In any event, Hezbollah is effectively a guerrilla militia with no air force, and Israel has total air supremacy - in these conditions, it is inevitable that the guerrilla side will suffer greater casualties and tactical losses. Amplifying the effect of this only serves Israel and its propaganda.
- Finally, unlike some of the less sophisticated Palestinian militias, Hezbollah does not aim to slaughter civilians and instead only targets military forces/targets.
Man people here have awful military knowledge.
Israels lebonan border isn't manned because of these "pillars" and very powerful monitoring systems. So they don't have to worry about spending time deploying forces there. Its for the reason no Hezbollah manned posts exist on their border. Destroying these pillars is the key from their POV to cut off Israels eyes on the border and force them to divert manpower to the border where they can be more easily confronted.
This is all common sense.
Finally, someone with a brain.
