What's new

Gayle Force

But none of them were made against minnows. South Africa, Australia, WI, and Sri Lanka are the team against Indian batsmen have hit double centuries.

You did not answer my question. How many of these double century were scored outside India i.e on non flat bowler friendly pitches?

.
Do South African, Australian, Kiwi, English, Sri Lankan, Pakistani, Bangladeshi players play on a different track when they come out to bat in India. Does it suddenly become bouncy and pacy when their innings start.

And you haven't any clue. Sachin, Sehwag and Rohit are all double centurions.
Oh, I forgot about that. But he is the First non-Indian batsmen and ONLY cricketer to score 200+ in WC.

.
3rd, someone from India (forgot the name) has 2 and Tendulkar has another.
Sachin -1 double century ( 200*) against SouthAfrica
Sehwag- 1 double century ( 219) against WI
Rohit Sharna- 2 doubles against Australia and SL, 1 against each( 209 and 264 respectively).

None but then it doesn't matter. Tell me why none other but only India batsmen have made double centuries on those sub continent flat pitches? Do same pitch become bouncy and bowler friendly when Australia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies play?

Yaar you can beat Aus 4-0 on indian pitches and will lose 4-0 if same batsman play on australian home grounds so it say it all that pitches play its role

Well what I am saying is, why dont same Australian batsmen make double century on those batting friendly pitches? Why not South Africa batsmen? Why no one else but Indian batsmen only and not just once but 4 times? Its not about winning or losing though.

Because you play better on your home ground as you are used to playing on these conditions more often. Ipl and ranjit tropy and local matches every year so your batsman will play on indian ground much better than visitors.look at ratio of your home vs away wins to get a clue

Awesome batting display. 200+ scores in ODI is going to be a regular thing now due to t20 cricket. More & more batsmen will go on to make double hundreds. 300+ is the new target now!

.
LOL at some Indians who are bragging about his 200 against a minnow.

Chris Gayle has become first player to have a T20I 100, a ODI 200 and a Test 300. Beat that..

. .
BCCI conspiracy : Sachin scored double century on 24th Feb, Gayle scored double century on 24th Feb.

Rohit Sharma jersey no. 45 , Gayle jersey no. 45.
