Secondly, prior to any discussion of rights we need to examine exactly what is it we are claiming when we claim a right? Rights can be separated into negative and positive rights

There are stupid laws in every country, Section 377 being one such in India. But not all laws are, thankfully, thoroughly enforced. Yes, bestiality and pedophilia is disgusting and is to be properly dealt with. But being gay, although taboo, is by far universally tolerated in India.

Sex - is a part of healthy human well being and human rights. Being gay or straight should have no problems with rights issues, unless one has a skwered pov.

If i was gay i would feel really ashamed
During puberty i was scared as hell of being gay, even though i didnt exactly know what being gay meant other than talking weird and dressing gay - and back then i didnt know much about religion either, it was just a natural instinctual feeling that being gay is bad
Now my only fear is that i dotn hav any gay children
