PM Imran Khan visited and reviewed the progress of work at Farash Town project, being constructed under the banner of Naya Pakistan Housing Program, on 19 November 2021.

During the visit, he was briefed about construction of apartment blocks, roads, commercial & allied facilities at the site, covering an area of 672 Kanals which will InshAllah be completed in 2 years..

FWO showcased its privately developed first ever Service Sector Special Economic Zone (SEZ) namely Oil Village SEZ, located near Chakri astride Motorway M2 .





This SEZ aims to improve oil storages in the country and to accomodate all oil marketing companies in securing a safe, secure and state of the art storage facility. Being co-located with the upcoming cross country White Oil Pipeline along motorway M2,





the new Oil Village SEZ is ideally located in circumventing thickly populated areas of Rawalpindi and likely to remain viable for long times to come Both domestic and international investors showed overwhelming interest in joining FWO sponsored Oil Projects

In response to request for assistance yesterday, FWO teams were immediately moved from Islamabad to Murree Expressway for snow clearance. By 10 PM, route was cleared till Jhika Gali and traffic was restored.

The teams continued working till today morning and then were deployed towards Kuldana for clearance of areas around Gharial Camp and Jheeka Gali which is in progress

FWO teams were immediately mobilized with heavy machinery to clear it. Teams are working round the clock since 11 Jan 22, under extreme weather conditions. Road will be cleared in 3 to 4 days , In Sha Allah. Information will be updated as it is cleared.
