dude shias are being killed among thousands of sunnis getting killed by terrorist drones and other terrorist attacks

Indian courts only give death penalty in rarest of rare cases. We have hanged only 4 people in 20 yrs IIRC. Do you know how many terrorist we caught in that period - thousands. Just looking at the 1-2 cases of hanging you are trying to judge the indian judicial system, you are neither qualified nor unbiased to do that.
