According to this book, non Jews are equivalent to animals, this is why there is mass killings and bombing without remorse.

They don't believe they will be held accountable for these crimes. So there's no conscience to hold them back.

I think it's the all-too-common theme in play, that the worse the Muslim World becomes the more awful extremists have to pretend Israel is. The latest theme in Pakistan is shutting down "offensive" movies and the members here are meekly accepting it, so naturally they have to claim Israel is just-as-bad, even if they can't come up with an example.
