Dengue treatment doesn't cost that much unless there are serious complications. Did your friend need ICU care?

BTW India won again and Pakistanis looser failed once again . 70 saal ho gay koi military civil hospital na ban pai jo izat rakh le . lnat hai
wo theek hai bhayaa per i feel it was state of pakistan's responsibility not GOI .kisi ka ilaaj ho raha hai, kam se kam isme toh haar jeet na dekho!!
As a doctor, I myself don't go to the costliest hospital for treatment.Yes... he was in ICU... but the cost of services was increased as soon as his insurance cover was over... only room rent was same...
Plus they informed him about completion of insurance when 1.5 lakh was overdue... that was really unprofessional behaviour...
I find their hospital similar to the one in "Gabbar is back" movie...
wo theek hai bhayaa per i feel it was state of pakistan's responsibility not GOI .
Utter nonsense. there are probably more deserving patients in India.
Mansoor ahmed should accept the fate allah has chosen for him. why go begging to non-believers?
Fortis is biggest looter... they charged Rs. 9,00,000 from my friend... thats too for dengue... while 5lakh was paid by the insurance company... he was forced to pay remaining 4 lakh...
CBC while insurance @700
CBC when cover expire @ 1250
Man they are really desperate to earn money by hook or by crook...
Nobody can build a nation if their children don't have access to proper education and medical facilities... development of human resource is mandatory to build a strong nation...
And that is the problem of Indian sub-continent...
So patients shouldn't be billed if they die after costly treatments?Your friend survived but lot of people succumbed to the disease and their families got bills of 4 lakhs and more.
