Dear nahtanbob,
PEACE-LOVING (and God-Fearing Moralistic) Americans have a lengthy history of
unproductive interventions in modern Islamic countries starting with Iran.
It's no secret that Iran and the U.S. have a history of animosity toward each other. But when and how did it begin? This week we look back at four days in August 1953, when the CIA orchestrated a coup of Iran's elected Prime Minister Mohammad Mossadegh.

On August 19, 1953, democratically-elected Iranian Prime Minister Mohammad Mossadegh was overthrown in a coup orchestrated by the CIA and British intelligence, after having nationalized the oil industry. The Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was re-installed in the primary position of power. Massive protests broke out across the nation, leaving almost 300 dead in firefights in the streets of Tehran.
New documents reveal how the CIA attempted to call off the failing coup — only to be salvaged at the last minute by an insubordinate…

Just the aforementioned intervention had
far-reaching consequences for Iran itself (fanning political unrest and subsequent alienation of a local population which found solace in deeply conservative Shiite religio-political forces who promised retribution), and the entire Middle East by extension (Shah regime was well-received in other countries but failed to manage Iran and was eventually toppled by Iranian religio-political forces led by Ruhollah Khomeini). The Arabs felt threatened and the devastating Iraq - Iran war materialized consequently. Now WESTERN powers rushed to equip Iraq and when its Saddam regime became too strong and chose to invade Kuwait (another war), same WESTERN powers now decided to stop Saddam regime in its tracks (yet another war).
While the aforementioned was happening, Americans launched OPERATION CYCLONE to counter USSR in Afghanistan. Here USSR was responsible for fanning political unrest and subsequent alienation of a local population which also found solace in deeply conservative Salafi religio-political forces who promised retribution. WESTERN powers rushed to equip religio-political forces of Afghanistan in order to make it possible for them to defeat USSR. When this was achieved and USSR withdrew from Afghanistan, the Salafi religio-political forces were left to their devices (WESTERN powers had left). Lacking in direction, they fought each other until one of the groups (i.e. Afghan Taliban) emerged victorious and restored order in much of Afghanistan. Some banded together to establish Northern Alliance to counter Afghan Taliban. And yet others regressed into Al-Qaeda Networks which decided to challenge USA across the Middle East culminating into the shocking 9/11 event.

Post 9/11, US-led forces invaded Afghanistan in 2001 to topple Afghan Taliban regime, and Iraq in 2003 to topple Saddam regime subsequently.
The Americans ended up fighting Al-Qaeda Networks in both theaters... congratulations I suppose?
PEACE-LOVING (and God-Fearing Moralistic) Americans have done no wrong in history like ever. The Americans only Fight good and just wars. Hypocrisy at its finest.
Foreign powers topple regimes, bomb countries back to stone age causing untold levels of death and destruction in the process, bring wrong elements to power and then complain about terrorism and pin the blame on Islam?
Shall I also expand on Neo-colonism of the French? This moron Macron is responsible for ruining Libya (and more), and he pretends to be a Champion of Human Rights back home?
You should consider renaming yourself as hypocrite-bob.
