Actually around 80% are above poverty line. The remaining 20-25% are climbing up too. So it is no surprise that we're going to get a permenant seat. However, terrorist states will never even be able to dream of getting it, not in our lifetimes. Coutry where 80% of the population are terrorists talking so much? LOLZZZZZZZZ.
