As annoying as i it may be, it is also very smart. While India is strengthening its armed forces it is also doing everything in its power to weaken its opponents or at the least make it difficult or costly to obtain equipment.

4. France will eventually sell to both sides.
5. We still have the option of opening back channel defense deals with Israel through Turkey and China. Yes we don't like them but bombs and guns are indiscriminate when it comes to a day on war field.

c) We already have TOT for submarines
d) We already have Frigate technology
e) We are already self sufficient with Tanks
