The expansion of a country's borders by force cannot be condoned by other countries because it sets a dangerous precedent. Predominantly Muslim countries like Iraq with Kuwait, Morocco with Western Sahara, Indonesia with East Timor and Turkey with Cyprus were condemned when they did this as well. Russia is currently being sanctioned for it, much more harshly than was ever considered for Israel. It's wrong to claim Israel is being singled out.
