The war in Kashmir is not terrorism. Its a legitimate resistance in a declared conflict zone. It targets the military and other occupyimg forces, not civilians, and its mostly indigenous.

These people who go over the border are not state sponsored. I wish they were, they'd be better trained and better equipped. They are sent by groups who sympathise with the legitimate Kashmiri armed struggle.
