Hi,

I've been hanging around the forum more and more recently and i've notied a few things.

1. Who can give negative ratings? I can only give positive ratings.
2. Why do I have an inbox but no means to send messages.

Also kudos to whoever is in charge, the similar topic feature when you start a new topic is great.

1. You can't give positive rating as well, all you can do is thanks.
2. @WebMaster is jealous that female members write private massage to other members not him.
