Former U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis is worried about Pakistan

All countries that do not serve are dangerous to the United States and Israel. To avoid danger, you should follow their orders and purchase lots of weapons. Countries that listen to orders and receive large quantities of weapons remove their names from the black list of the United States. For example, if you purchase weapons worth $ 12,5 billion, you will be friendly.

Pakistan indeed is most dangerous country for its enemies. but if you are a friend or neutral country you need nothing to fear. only enemies need to fear Pakistan.

technically speaking United states is the most dangerous country in the world but that too only for its enemies.

Why am i not surprised. Day is not far when Pakistan is heavily sanctioned for its “growing nuclear arsenal” since now Afghan problem is about to be solved with taliban

Former US defense secretary James Mattis has described Pakistan as the world’s “most dangerous country,” expressing deep and dark concerns about both the radicalization of its society and its ever-growing nuclear weapons arsenal.

Having spent decades in the military before serving as Trump’s defense secretary from January 2017 to January 2019, Jim ‘Mad Dog’ Mattis made the worrying statements about Pakistan in his new book ‘Call Sign Chaos.’

Throughout the book Mattis, a former top US Marine Corps commander in Afghanistan and later head of US Central Command, claims that Pakistan’s government “views all geopolitics through the prism of its hostility toward India,” to the point where it helped install a friendly government in Kabul merely to resist Indian regional influence.

“Of all the countries I’ve dealt with, I consider Pakistan to be the most dangerous, because of the radicalization of its society and the availability of nuclear weapons,” Mattis writes. “We can’t have the fastest-growing nuclear arsenal in the world falling into the hands of the terrorists breeding in their midst. The result would be disastrous.” Mattis may have been referring to groups such as Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan, an IS (Islamic State, formerly ISIS) wannabe that is hoping to overthrow the Pakistani government and establish its own caliphate.

Furthermore, Mattis believes that ordinary Pakistani citizens “don’t have leaders who care about their future,” which ultimately poses a threat to the US and its allies in the region
The former Trump adviser describes the relationship between the US and Pakistan as “very twisted” in that, while the Trump administration and its predecessors have long relied on Pakistan to mediate talks with the Taliban in Afghanistan, it also withdrew hundreds of millions of dollars in funding for the Pakistani military.

“We could manage our problems with Pakistan, but our divisions were too deep, and trust too shallow, to resolve them,” Mattis said, arguing that this was precisely why former president Barack Obama did not warn Pakistani authorities of the Seal Team Six incursion into Abbottabad to kill Osama Bin Laden in 2011.

It seems the cat is out of the bag now.
Target Pakistan, now that the grip on Afghanistan is loosening, another excuse, the old boogie the "Nuclear Threat".
Oh boy. Same old same old.
Wake up Pakistan and Pakistanis.
and israel & india are the most innocent country in the whole world...

Where did he come out from or was he living under a rock the whole time? This narrative is being deliberately brought forward at this time after many years of quiet. PM Khan was asked to lower his attacks on Modi, i believe he did not. Now comes this and here people were dreaming about new F-16s. When will we ever learn.

Mattis said what he describes as the "radicalization" of Pakistani society is the impetus for his reasoning — a viewpoint, he said, that is shared by members of Pakistan's military. "They realize what they've got going on there," Mattis said.

This is the key quote, and it is important to note that, according to Gen Mattis, the Pakistani military is aware of the dangers of radicalization of society. I would add that if the Pak Army takes notice, it can also solve the issue. Hence, it would be prudent for USA to continue to work with the Pak Army as before for mutual benefit.

James Mattis is very worried about Pakistan

Sep 3, 2019

In a wide-ranging interview at The Council on Foreign Relations, former Defense Secretary Gen. James Mattis reaffirmed his stance that Pakistan is the "most dangerous" country in terms of United States foreign policy.

Mattis said what he describes as the "radicalization" of Pakistani society is the impetus for his reasoning — a viewpoint, he said, that is shared by members of Pakistan's military. "They realize what they've got going on there," Mattis said.

The general described U.S.-Pakistan relations as "twisted," adding that Pakistan's fast-growing nuclear arsenal means Washington needs to focus on "arms control and non-proliferation efforts" when working with Islamabad. "This is a much worse problem, I think, than anyone's writing about today," he said during the CFR event.

Thank u for making it to the Public . This will help Pakistan as a state to know about them as they are saying it openly ( ALLAH knows what they will say in private ) because he resigned / retired recently ( Same Trump admnistration ) . I m happy we are not accepting their all / many demands .

Looks like that assault on Kunduz and the attack on green compound is akin to putting the foot on american deep state tail.

They are now barking through their "mad" dog.

Why play silly double games when you cant bear the consequences?

"Merely"?!!
Wehrmacht was in the topmost war machines of the world by June 1940 with immense human and material resources and an army which had just beaten a centuries-old global power France. And yet opening a second front destroyed even the Germans in less than 4 years later.

Wake up Pakistan and Pakistanis.

The nuclear argument comes up again and again for a reason. They were in Afghanistan to denuclearize Pakistan. That was the biggest goal of US. The deep state is now going out in a bitter mood knowing that denuclearization of Pakistan is a very very tough task.

The US deep state is hand and glove with India and Modi. That much is crystal clear. Mattis is the veritable arm of the deep state and his words shouldn't be taken lightly. When Mattis cries and defends his hubby India he really means it.

Mattis can sling his hook. Why should we care.
Our Shame is that we let the criminals Nawaz and Zardari bring the situation to this point in the last 10 years by playing voiceless dumb.
Apart from their financial ruin of Pakistan, its political destruction should warrant "Treason Charges" against both of them.
