I'm starting to think that the story is actually real and he's just an absolute retard. After seeing his picture, I've changed my mind a little bit. It doesn't make sense one iota, but there are idiots like him all over the place. Why he didn't just scan the documents I have no idea, but he does look like an incompetent fool so maybe he's just that, an incompetent idiot.

He is apparently an engineer, he used to work for a military contractor. But I don't know? Maybe his is one of the MKO false flaggers?
