Sure, Christianity in India do follow the caste system...actually everybody and everything in India follows this medieval system. But you should know that there are sects in Christianity also who opted out of reservation. We are in general category even though we are in minority. How is that for competitiveness.

Caste system needs to be gotten rid of - whether it is within hindu religion or christian or Islam. Within Hindu religion, it is an acknowledged evil and reservation is one way of getting rid of this evil(I advocate reservations for SC/ST communities - not for others but with reforms like the son/daughter will be denied the quota if the father/mother had made use of it before) - in Christianity and Islam, caste system is officially denied - hence the reason for not bringing them under reservation quota(christian dalits and muslim OBCs) - but the stark reality is muslim OBC as per Sachar committee report does pretty badly when compared to Hindu SC/ST.

About the bolded part though these religious organisations are headed by a high priest, the financial and day to day functions are done by elected representatives from different places.. Its more like a parliament which consists of common people and priests. Every financial year end, there will be a audit done and it will be passed only after it was tabled in the meeting and further discussion was done.But to be frank I am not sure how much transparent it is. Its just because you a christian missionary, doesn't make you an expert in how religious organisations work and others stupid..

It won't help your argument here, If some one from West wants to use our people and some politicians to do their dirty work, You must address the issue with out offending the peace and Harmony of the society.

How can you say all the churches and Masjids who receive funds are doing anti national works??

How can you ban all of them with out knowing the truth there by offending the innocents??

If the issue is political deal it politically with out offending the beliefs and take steps so that they may not repeat the same thing again.

Exactly. One of ma best pal in coll had converted to Christianity. Still officially he is still Hindu. ASked why he havent changed.
He said his brother is in 12th. And after he gets admission , they will change most likely.
Its an widespread practise anyway.
