Hey,

I really didn't find any English links, but when I was browsing Mehrnews I came upon this: http://www.mehrnews.com/detail/News/2112442

I will try to summarize it:

Its basically explaining how Chinese companies that won the Iranian oil tenders for almost 8 years delayed the development for no reason, whereas the same Chinese companies have finished their projects in Iraq and Qatar!

Additionally I came upon other news (which are old btw) about Chinese refusal to pay for Iranian oil and how they withheld the Iranian money in their banks without paying any interest. Most of the news coming from semi-Official news agencies.

There is no single day passes without reading about low-quality Chinese products pouring into country and endangering Iranian lives, especially Iranian patients!

So, you still think anyone cares about you? Please wake the **** up, countries are using Iran's isolation to make profit out of Iran's miseries!

We are importing poisonous rice from India and Pakistan in exchange for our exports, when do you people want to wake the **** up, I don't know?

But I certainly hope, people or the family members of people who think Chinese, Indians or Pakistanis have best interest of Iranian people at heart be affected by poisonous imported rice, defected Chinese syringes and other imported craps, because only then they can understand the ordinary Iranian's affliction.

And as always, I will be only responding to people who I deem worthy of my time.

Not a common thing, but if I remember well, a cargo of rice coming from India or Pakistan had some poisonous element in it and was sent back.
But the OP has a point, many countries are exploiting and sometimes abusing sanctions on Iran.No denying in that.The Chinese oil firm is a true story for example. It's our own fault btw, we should get rid of these sanctions and have deals with all countries so no one would be able to force its will on us.

No one has profited more from Iran sanctions but India and you are not the only country which is being the source of international profit.
There is an individual method, to profit from for every individual country.

Seems most users here are not in favor of it, but then again Rohani just barely won back in June, and it is not even certain what will come out of that.

I don't know if it's true or not, but if it is, then we should blame those idiots inside the country who allow imports of these rices, not India or Pakistan. People won't die for not eating rice for a while, but they will for eating a posonous rice.

Unfortunately they are all true, actually the real extent of this fuckery is not fully known yet.

I'm not in Iran, but I know majority don't agree with this situation, this is not the way to "gain independence" not only we haven't achieved anything, we also have lost our economic independence! Reality may be bitter, but its the necessity to prevent the country from its ultimate collapse. Rowhani's win was overwhelming, hardliners didn't stand a chance, people who supported Ghalibaf, Rezaei, etc were not the firm supporter of Jalili. And Ghalibaf and Jalili didn't share the same ideologies either, had the election gone to the second round Rowhani would have won with even a greater margin. Even though I didn't vote for Rowhani but the reality is that he would have won either way.

There are delayed Chinese projects, how about think other projects and help from China? In addition, if China is willing to spend big money in Africa and Afghanistan, there gotta be reasons for these delayed projects in your country, right?

No sure about Chinese companies holding Iran money for interest, but it is also common in China. Sue them if you want.

As for low quality Chinese products, simply stop buying them, make your own please. In fact, I believe it is mainly because the importers from your country were cheating your own country men. Because high quality Chinese products are everywhere.

BTW, tell you a fact, most Chinese have unfavorable view of Iran, so stop being so delusional. And why should we like you? Did you guys give us anything good?

If you don't care your country, why should we? An interesting thing I learned from this forum is most of your Muslim brothers hate you. Think about the reason, instead of simply whining.

My sincere suggestion to your country is: Keep low profile, stop being so aggressive, develop your country.

You may support it, but your government certainly doesn't, I learned about Chinese double game strategies when I was in kindergarten, Iranian government may be stupid, but people certainly are not.

It is beneficial for Chinese to isolate the Iranian market and get rid of the western competitors, that will certainly pave the way for Chinese companies to have unrestricted access to the Iranian market.

I can only talk about "On-going" Chinese projects in Iran. Iran is neither Afghanistan nor Africa. You could refer to the global map.

The least you could do before defending your country is to familiarize yourself with simple economic concepts, Chinese companies aren't the ones that hold the Iranian money, its the government-linked banks that are doing it.

The quality of Iranian products are far better than their imported Chinese counterparts, however, this is a dirty trick played by the Chinese government to balance off the trade with Iran using the Iranian money blocked in Chinese banks, I would refer you to the "forced selling of train wagons" to Iran that was posted on PDF. Chinese sell Iranian unwanted craps, not quality products. They basically give Iranians a list of their approved vendors and products.

The feeling is mutual, most Iranians would like ties with China to be downgraded to the lowest levels possible, the relations with West must be strengthened instead. As for your question, yes we are giving you a hugely discounted oil, which you don't actually deserve.
