"Forced to hang my head in shame": Former Navy chief writes open letter to President Mukherjee, PM M

So what is bad for Hindus is good for India??????:woot::woot::woot:
glad you admitted.

India has 20 percent of other people. So yeah whats happening is not good for other 20%.
Nothing wrong in this statement at all.

There are dalits in Pakistan. My work for the PHS, or attempted but unaccepted work for them reveals that there are around 3 million dalits in Pakistan or perhaps more. 8.5% of the Sindh population is Hindu. Joginder Nath Mandal was a dalit too and vouched for the creation of Pakistan. He was a right hand man for Jinnah and the first speaker of National assembly. Dalits fear persecution in India for being dalit or low caste. They brave on, labour on despite mistreatment in Pakistan and know that India is not a good place to escape to. We should protect them. They have few options if they face discrimination.

come on haviz, thats too much misinformation even for your own standards.

Sorry, could not decipher this one-liner. I got the meaning. Not the essence. A number of explanations come to mind. Confusing. :)

Arrogance and fake pride - only confusion is whether he is referring to his unknown/nonverifiable real life OR whatever he has achieved on pakistani forum or the title bestowed upon him by pakistanis.

No one has written my family chrnochles about why we moved from Indian occupied parts. The focus is almost completely on Hindus and Sikhs migrating from Pakistan to Indian occupied regions. Therefore muslims migrating and settling in Pakistan does not fit the agenda of some media organizations. Pakistani media is far more liberal than Indian media.

I know. I was in Lucknow when Samjhauta blast happened. They were blaming LeT and it was later proven to be Sadhvi Pragya and Purohit responsible for the blast. Muslims and Pakistanis are treated as the same thing in India and muslims have it the roughest.

prove nahi hua bhaisaab, chargesheet bhi nahi hui abhi tak.

So this is what rattles you the most. It was deplorable. But such incidents have happened since time immemorial.

Now you should be outraged if
i. The BJP did it.
ii. No action was taken against the perpetrators.

The reality is very different. You know it.

The reality is that due to great ground work by bjp/rss and the sister groups,,people have become extremely conscious about these non issues particularly in the villages.

This will only escalate in coming times and even if bjp does not want it now it will not be able to stop this into snowballing.U will see many such incidents,,mark my words.

Trust me on this, I don't need your certificates.

What i pointed out, that you so pointedly omitted to notice, is that you have no introspection worth the name. Only your prejudices, and your insinuations. The rest is a veneer. And do not sit in judgement on my posts; you are amusing at best, and impressive perhaps only to your own coterie, but to none other.
Two possibilities.

i. I have mastered the art of subterfuge.
ii. You have not made any point. Only stated that your stand is moral, while ours is not. No explanations. No justifications. No nothing.

.
Dont worry about me. Take care of yourself from your dreaded fears and hallucinations.

I was not worried; I wouldn't be. It was just an observation in passing. My fears and hallucinations are no doubt part of the next act? What will it be this time?

Two possibilities.

No.

No nothing. Now buzz off.

Do you not recognise contempt any more, or is your ego so large that the possibility does not occur any longer?

Sad to see just a handful of indian members defending the freedom of expression and right to do whatever one pleases without being diagnosed with being a sickular/pakistani/anti-indian.

After all i told in my earlier posts that india seems to have changed...............

India has not changed, nor has Indians. That's the perception that is being created by the leftists and the left leaning media. That's what they want Indians and the world at large to think, oh look how intolerant India has become under the evil right wingers, evil hitler Modi. They were doing the same before BJP came into power, and nothing has changed now, except for the intensity. Their propaganda has just gone shriller, on the ground nothing has changed.

The freedom of expression in India is the same as it was under the Congress rule. What exactly has changed? Where was the freedom of expression when the Satanic verses was banned, or when Taslima Nasreen was hounded out of the bastion of secularism and freedom of expression, West Bengal, or when the Da Vinci code was banned in the other secular, liberal bastion of Kerala? Or does the freedom of expression only come into play when it comes to offending Hinduism and its followers? Why is asking Hindus to delay their festivities to accommodate a Muslim festival in Kolkata is considered secularism, but the exact opposite of it is considered religious bigotry?

Opposition to a Pakistani artist in Mumbai had more to do with the local politics than freedom of expression. As for the ink throwing episode, why was that Pakistani diplomat launching his book first in India and not in Pakistan? Are we really this naive that we don't understand the underlying agenda of Mr Kasuri's narrative? Have we learned nothing from Dr Fai episode?

First the Pakistanis send a bunch of Islamist yahoos to kill dozens of Indians, and then they send their diplomats to tell us that it was India's fault all along and we deserved it? And the leftists expect us to take this line of thinking hook line and sinker?

We got to stop being so naive and look at the bigger picture.

poor meanings of hindu scriptures, basically those hindus who hate their own religion

U are no one to pass judgement on whats right or wrong. Why not mind ur own work and let people decide what they are and what they want?

I can only discuss the present and the past. The future is beyond my reach. There are no facts to prove what you wrote above. In fact the only major change in perception in the villages (and I go to such places very often) is the positive impression of the Bank accounts for all, sanitation, toilets everywhere etc and increased dal price as a negative.
Not ONE even had even heard of the Sahitya Academy Awards or their returning.

As a hardline hindutva guy,my issues are not with muslims but with those who made fake translations and poor meanings of hindu scriptures, basically those hindus who hate their own religion.

we dont find islam or muslims a problem except a few issues and we certainly dont say my god is the only god.
as a "hardline hindutva guy", may I inquire as what exactly is your ideology ?

as far as I know, we're not an "organized religion" like the abrahamic faiths with literal "word of god" orders to blindly follow from a holy book.

to question is "halal".. aethist, agnostic, tamsic.. all are "kosher"

I have no beef with "beef", or other people's personal matters of sexuality, faith and what have you...

The bigger picture is

We have 20% minorities and none will share ur views.................zilch.I do not consider myself even religious or a minority so i am not biased at all.

How are we gonna coax those people? Are we trying to compete with those people in intolerance index??
This is nothing but being paranoid.

How would you know the difference? Nothing about you even suggests that you might be aware. Certainly your post is not a clue in that direction.
