no no we don`t follow US model .. MBBS is considered as graduate level university degree.. after which one may pursue specialization in interested subject and accordingly given MD/MS postgraduate degrees ..

He is asking about Post grad(PG) degree, not MBBS which is Undergrad.
You can do Undergrad from any country and take screening exam to practice in India.
But PG degrees from only US.Can,UK,Aus,NZ are recognized in India

This is common misconception for many.In India Undergrad is called MBBS.You get into med school right after high school.
After MBBS you do PG which is called MD in India.
While in USA you first spend four years after high school in undergrad and then enter med school to do MD.
After MD you take up PG training known as residency.

So in short, Indian MBBS =MD in USA
Indian MD=Residency in USA

Medical council of India doesn't recognize degrees from China. Chinese degrees are considered foreign. Same with MBBS degrees from all other countries except degrees from US, UK, Australia and NZ. All MBBS holders from all other countries have to pass Foreign Medical Graduates Examination to practise in India. Only 20% of the foreign MBBS holder pass this exams. For the remaining 80%, it is waste of money and time.

Well i agree with that though the exam is very tough so the passing rate is low.

That is right. From China those are the universities that are eligible to write Foreign Medical Graduates Examination. Candidates from other Universities are not even eligible to write the exam

It is not like that,WHO recognition is primary to be recognized, no WHO recognition no eligibility.If you have WHO recognition then you automatically are recognized, MCI only recognizes medical schools which teach in english since many chinese universities dont have courses in english.
1)Who recognition.
2)Course must be in english.
once you have both you automatically qualify to be recognized.

For law students... there are hundreds of bar exams from different states in US, and even if a candidate cannot pass these bar exams it is not the end of the world. He can enter corporate world.

Yes, you need to pass bar to practise law, but you can use law degree to enter corporate world. I know a acquaintance who passed from Yale law school but joined McKinsey, a consulting company. You don't have to pass bar to join McKinsey.

so of my friends are going to Germany for pg...and the tuition fee is free it seems..but u need to learn german...and do 3months internship... then a interview... if u through...u can choose branch of your choice...and 5000 euro stipend!!
