A single small US site has 15 minute vaccinations including observation and 5-10 nurses administering. In an 8 hour day they can vaccinate 160-320 people.

You are right, they are small numbers, because thats only the rich chinese able to escape to macau and get the working shots, there would be more but that is one single hospital where mainlanders are allowed to get vaccine, and it is fully booked for weeks now, nowhere else in macau or even europe.

If you are sick and you have no healthcare insurance then you are done. The US has the world’s highest obesity rate within rich countries. Food costs are very low.
