Following Indian objections, Sri Lanka not to let Chinese submarines to dock in its ports!

They sent submarines on the day Japanese PM came to SL. How does that relate to India? Why would China (about to be the largest economy in the world) lose its sleep thinking about India? India has light years to go until it reaches the level of China so instead of daydreaming about "containing" China, India should spend its resources to improve its economy just like the Chinese did. Indian media is also obsessed with China for some unknown reason but India is rarely mentioned in CCTV and that too for good reasons. Be realistic please.

Wow much logic. India's population is over 1 billion and Sri Lanka's population is almost 20 million. Compare the GDP per capita of two countries if you want a fair comparison. Now compare China and India who have a similar population.

Not because of "India's concerns", the new government is trying to balance relations with the world. In the upcoming days Asia-pacific will most probably be the most important region in the world. We have to strike a balance between countries like US, China, Japan and India up to some degree. Indian media for some reason always twists foreign affairs of other countries into presenting itself as some great power.

The submarine incident was uncalled for to be honest considering that they arrived at the same time Japanese PM came to SL.
