Can anyone explain how is this Anti-Armour vehicle operates? What makes it anti-tank as it stays on the photo?

Put a 30 mm cannon and place four TOW launchers around the turret there you go you just made yourself an anti-tank vehicle out of Bradley APC.During the First Gulf war American forces used this vehicle confugration extensifly alongside Abraham tanks.
