As lot of Live Stock has perished , or Farm lands submerged
the cash will be useful in case food has to be imported from outside into country

This will get noticed around week 2 or 3 of the disaster

So any cash sent helps authorities to plan ahead in case food import is needed

1) Property Damage
2) People's Lost
3) Basic home necessities lost (cooking pot , stove etc)
4) Clothes
5) Food & Water
6) Live Animal Stock

Lets see how covid & flood disaster works out

Keeping in view the current situation, here is a little something for the members to see and take note of. The value of having grass, trees, shurbs, anything with roots in the ground. Of course there are other factors involved as well, but this is the main gist of it.

I really don't understand the need for this.

PAF is making it's own account, Punjab govt has it's own, KP has it's own, there is a federal account, and I think there is one for NDMA as well. This is just another symptom of the broken and hodgepodge response we currently have. Just pool in the resources to one central account, have one central agency and the disburse them. Ideally it should be NDMA, but in most situations it's poor capacity gets highlighted. Let's hope the new committee made by the federal govt can work efficiently.
