No it is not, flag locations has to be set by the users themselves. We can trace their location but encourage every member to follow the rules by themselves.

its the right balance.. just displaying flag gives you anonymity as well as enough info to others about where you come from.

he is born in UK.. and is uk resident..
on other hand @Dreamreaper is born uk but has pakistani flag.. but I think that is accurate because of dual citizenship
