Yes but as far as I know they take shelter in the neighboring countries whenever there is an operation. So border needs to be sealed so we can clean from the inside.

Iran does not have drug trafficking issues as much yes there is corruption but there is harsh penalties including death if caught drug trafficking and they managed illegal immigrants from Iran is they cant enter certain cities or gain social services

Update from German govt news agency Deutsche Welle:

Nawaz Baloch, a senior security official in the district of Turbat, said the militants attacked the camp when security personnel were performing their usual duties.

Talking to the DW, he said, "The incident took place at Darchur, southwest of Turbat. More than ten militants were involved in the attack, who ambushed and fired automatic weapons from two different sides at a local paramilitary camp. The attackers also inflicted serious damage to government property in the camp. After the incident, security forces have launched a search operation in the area to arrest the accused. "

According to Nawaz Baloch, security arrangements in Turbat have been further tightened and additional forces have been deployed on all internal and external routes in the Mukran
