That's because it's mostly Black people committing crimes, even according to federal government statistics. If the police are racist why don't they disproportionately target other ethnic minorities in the same amount that they do to Blacks?

No they are minors and there is reason for law to be in their favour.
These are kids we give them chance to change. They are not terrorist.
Bully have their own issues and we must realise the problem from grass roots and eradicate.
I bet it started from family and the media.

Schools care more about their reputation than confronting these problems with harsher punishment. Only harsher punishments can discipline bullies.

Thus far, it is only a one-sided complaint. Now there is a formal investigation. The result will be known. Then the family can decide what to do next. Due process is important.

I have personally experienced the above as well. Smack up the main bully in any way you can, by any means necessary. The others will then fall into line.

it is traumatic for the boy and the faamily. Plus if this Usmani really leaves the country we'd have also lost a technology guy. Investigation must be conducted and the truth gotten to. It is very difficult to keep 6 or 7 young boys from lying consistently for a length of time so truth will come out soon.
