Filipino officials ban Chinese diplomat amid spat

Can you guys stop bringing that bankrupt state AKA USA all the time?

When US is gone, we will make sure you guys will lick our boots all day long.

these countries, vietnam, philippine or others, will make a big mistake, if they think usa can has a position in SCS dispute.
china has a long-term tradition in its policy-making, never accepting a multiliteral negotiation, and strongly hating out-of-area superpower's interference. if only the true dispute countries are involved, then china even may make some concession for peace. but if a USA-like state comes in, then it will be totally a different case, which china refuses any concession and takes its full power to maintain its claim until armed conflict is triggered.

It is a matter of opinion.

Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia and others who have a stake in the South China Sea do not feel that way.

These countries may not be able to match China's might and so they have found it suitable for the US to come into a persuasive mode and the US is in no way ready to concede ground to China.

In fact, the threat asking all Chinese posters to see which has that video is an adequate reminder that China maybe is on the wrong path since the video brings home to the Chinese people as to what Mao has said about capitalism and the intent of the capitalist countries.

If today, the Chinese have been cornered, it is because they have abandoned Mao and his wise saying and has fallen prey to greed and money.

Mao, may have not been liked by many for good reasons, but Mao was no fool. He could see through many a game being played within China and also abroad!

Filipino maids do not require HK to help them exists. They are found all over the world including the very rich Middle East.

So, to feel that the Filipino maids are beholden to HK would be wrong. In fact, HK is beholden to them including rich Chinese, who having got used to a capitalist way of existence, would be the first to protest if they were made to live in the Mao suit days as was lived in Mainland China.

That apart, it was wrong of Filipinos to hold tourist hostage.

well, i know what indian are taught about 1962, they are told that indian won some little fight so that it is indian who gave a good lesson to chinese in 1962.
any way, listening to such a story, nehru would feel much better in his grave.
On steroids?

Haven't you being taught by the weak and puny Vietnamese and have you forgotten that your 1962 brouhaha was snuffed at Chola, Nathula and Somdongrong Chu?

For the moment concentrate on the South China Sea and watch the drubbing.

Let us not have slaves and robots pontificating who are banana republics.

Look within yourself to realise your hopeless state.

good, so don't complain any more about assam rebels and maoist who get something from china.
We occupy your land maaan..,. We give refuge to Tibetan bros and give arms to them.......come and take it if you got guts....dont just bark drinking coffee.

How can you be so certain that the USA would help out those countries? The USA doesn't give out 'military charity' for no reason. The Middle East is a good example.

As far as Capitalism in China goes, it is a necessary approach. Even India goes by Socialist ideals, but still has a free market economy. Nothing wrong with Capitalism.

It is a thread about philipin and china.
I understand that vietnamese care about this, but I cannt understand why some indian members here are feeling excited.

LOL..... China doesn't care about USA. USA cannot stop China from unleashing nuclear DF-21 strikes on Hanoi, Manila or New Delhi. Just 3 nuclear missiles, tipped with multi-megaton warheads will cause these countries to immediately surrender. In less than 30 minutes, China will have started and finished the war.

USA is not going to duel with a nuclear tipped China! Maybe for Europe, but not for Vietnam, India or Philippines.

Plane 'buzzes' Philippine boat in South China Sea
An unidentified foreign plane harassed a group of Philippine fishermen in the South China Sea last month in the latest incident in the disputed waters, the Philippine navy said Tuesday.

The fishermen reported the jet flew low over their boat early last month off the Investigator Northeast Shoal, said navy chief Vice Admiral Alexander Pama.

"An unidentified jet buzzed our fishing boat some 20 to 30 feet (6-9 metres) from the top of the mast of the fishing boat," Pama told reporters.

"They were unable to identify the jet; they just said it was noisy and it made them nervous," he said, adding: "Definitely it's not ours."

Asked about the plane's motive, Pama said it was not usual for an aircraft to fly so low over a boat, "so initially it's some sort of a warning, like, 'What are you doing here?'"

The navy said the incident occurred near a shoal claimed by the Philippines that lies between the major western Philippine island of Palawan and the disputed Spratly islands, which are believed to sit on vast mineral resources.

It was the second report of foreign aircraft activity in Philippine-claimed areas of the South China Sea this year.

In May two Philippine air force turboprop planes on patrol near the Spratlys reported two unidentified jets streaking high above them.

Tensions in the strategic and resource-rich South China Sea have escalated in recent weeks, with the Philippines and Vietnam voicing alarm at what they say are increasingly forceful Chinese actions there.

They include Philippine accusations of Chinese forces opening fire on Filipino fishermen, shadowing an oil exploration vessel employed by a Philippine firm, and putting up structures in areas claimed by the Philippines.

Aside from the Philippines, China and Vietnam, the Spratlys are also wholly or partially claimed by Brunei, Malaysia and Taiwan.

Philippine foreign department spokesman Raul Hernandez declined to comment on the navy's allegation, telling AFP he had yet to see the formal report.

i am afraid that philippine boat's illegal navigation over the mentioned water will affect the flight security of our fighters.

Morbid fear speaking?

Banana state?

Slaves of the CCP and robots talking?

What has stopped you punching all the countries who have staked their rightful claim in the South China Sea?

Again, a case of Bluff and Bluster.

All gas, no go!

China is the real Paper Tiger!

it's none of your business, you'd better stay away from this dispute. don't try to be the assistant of the world police. that's not good
how can you tell their claim is rightful?
I don't wanna provoke India, yes we have our dispute, but let's talk about it privately, don't try to bring all these kind of things on the international table. China is not scared of it, but such kind of unfounded accusation is really annoying which could further damage your own image in our ordinary chinese ppl's heart.

Li Yongsheng good job! ! !

China will need this for the country and the courage to challenge people's interests to impose color diplomat!

the entire southeast asia is the backyard of china.
the reason that china is unwilling to adopt its powerful force to solve dispute is that nobody want to let its backyard in a mess.
will you use your rifle to shoot your dog or cat who is out of control in your home?

Dr. areal is real diplomat officer of China.:argh:

I find it amusing that the Chinese decide who business it is to interact.

The mindset of the CCP cannot change.

Please understand we live in a free country and the PDF is also from a free country.

We are not used to being given orders and neither we take it. We have the freedom in choice.

Therefore, keep your Chinese jackboot stomping within the confines of China and not here.

You may have a dispute with India, but what of it?

You are dispute prone because of your hegemonic pursuits. A natural corollary.

We don't bother what the common Chinese's heart feels or otherwise. And, to be frank, do you think we care about our image with China? What could be the pressing necessity for us to care about the same?
