"Chay" electric manages electricity better than the rest of the country. I know it burns some buttocks, but they keep the city afloat.
Rest there is 4 hours load shedding in areas of cities unless recovery is low. Rest if you don't pay up, you don't even deserve electricity be it 45 or 95.
