There has only been one solution and people should realize that sooner rather than later. That being

'Going to the polls voting in their candidate and making sure that they deliver'.

So start preparing for the elections and spreading awareness on how important one's vote is.

This is one thing i accuse Imran Khan of messing up. He had a perfect opportunity to work on electoral reforms. Should have done that!! But he wasted the opportunity. It would have been the biggest change and favor he could have done for Pakistan and its people.

Sir! If I have I understood your post correctly, you are appear to be "holding" the stick at the wrong end.

The nation is only and only crying for justice and that had to come from SC - no one wants a solution coming from Army. This is NOT army's job to provide social justice.

The problem is that SC, instead of providing justice, made a JIT ..... !!!!!!!!!

We as a nation have a choice ... to elect good leaders or to have a bloody safaya through Allah's wrath. One of the two will happen.

What can IK really do that he is being accused of messing up - other than street power what power has he got in the constitution? PMLN are thugs. How long was the SC judgement on census delayed for? Corruption is a much bigger problem than electoral reforms. This battle is way bigger.

only one solution of pak corrupt political system that is, get rid of parliamentary corrupt politicians and start democratic presidential system & let president to decide his own professional team instead of illiterate MNAs & MPAs..

This is against the constitution as well. Pakistan is in no position to scrap the constitution.

Well, you can blame this constitution for causing the long term problems that we have right now.

Well can we?
Do you think in current election system it is the vote of the public that really matters that much? There are MANY other things at play and we all know it.

He should have tried at least, just like he is making an effort against corruption. If you want to bring in the public to support the war on corruption, you need there voice to be heard, there choice to be counted, that is what is possible via election reforms alone. Taking to streets is just a trouble shooting exercise, the proper solution is via elections for sure. Need to get that system correct so that this massive pubic can join in to root out corrupt systems and leaders.

Bahi wohi tu kah raha, what do you suggest SC should have done?
We all know that it was not a criminal trial and SC did not had the power to declare NS a criminal in this case. What alternative verdict coming from SC would have made people happy? To be declared criminal the petitioners had t file a criminal trials and in that they had to present the evidence and we all know that evidence in fraud property and money trail is not easy. So what else? :)

Nope ! There is nothing wrong with the constitution. It is PEOPLE who come in power use is it incorrectly.

Reform electoral system as much, there will still not be a free and fair election with corruption at peak. Systems can be hacked and vote count changed easily when the regulator of the system is in the pocket.

Got it this time.

Well! few things could have been done:

1). NS could have been kicked out with an interim PM put in place by the NA.
2). NAB chairman referred to SJC
3). Cases against the heads of FIA and FBR for not acting, and hence, dereliction of duty - even against their oaths.
4). JIT could still remain an option but the clout over it would have been lifted due to NS not being the PM.

Anyway, let us see what comes out in the next 6 weeks. I have a feeling that SC did consider the above as well but, due to some reason, they did not opt to go that way.
