There is a lot of change to air frame. Larger radome for bigger radar. Larger intakes for more powerful engines. F-16 never had change to airframe.

Same air frame length as old Su-27 72 feet which mean similar radome, maybe more internal volume inside the radome, but radome is similar to old Si-27 because dimensions are similar to old Su-27 @undertakerwwefan

as for F-16 you're also wrong, F-16 A/B using P & W F-100 with a thrust of 22,000 lbs but in F-16 block-52 is using a upgraded version of P & W F-100 called P & W F220 with a thrust of 29,000 lbs therefore larger intakes @undertakerwwefan

Minimal or not minimal is irrelevant. Su-35 airframe has lots of composite and RAM, a fraction of the RCS of Su-27. Su-35 replaces Su-27 like Mirage 2000 replaces Mirage III and F-18E replaces F-18C.
