Time consuming concept. Sometime ago I heard of a cell phone being tested out in Spain(?) for seniors in which there is one big red emergency button in addition to normal cell phone keys. If one feels dizzy or feels the symptoms of say a heart attack, just press the red button. The cell phone will send an emergency message to the control center and using GPS Ambulance will be directed towards the patient.
