I am posting few links below for an interesting read...as far as my views on who is behind and or created ISIS?...I would just say see WHO is the beneficiary in the LONG RUN in terms of strategic global geo-politics which might or might not give you hints...I am myself trying to comprehend the workings of the present day geo-politics "a quagmire" we all see today.

Yes they are really stupid & that's why been used , every where & that's why we can see all these massacre s happening from Paris to Gujarat ?

See, there is difference b/w massacre and riots.
It was a RIOT in Gujrat where people of different community clashed because of their hurting sentiment, this riot was under control within 3 days.
It is massacre or pogrom (systematic and pre planned cleansing of a particular ethnicity, community aka minority) going on in Lahore, Karachi and almost every part of your country since ages be it against Shias, Sindhis, Baluchis, hindus, Sikhs, Ahmedias, And Muslims who migrated from India to pakistan during partition. They are killed ruthlessly and mercilessly and brutally in the name "peace".

There was a funny sort of article about ISIS a few days back, do any one remember it? it goes like " Us is goo and they were trying to fight bad Al Asad but now there are very bad rebels like ISIS as well so Asad is good" and how " Iran used to be bad but is good now" and how Putin is bad as he bombs both good and bad rebels and things like that. Was a bit funny but also informative. IF ANY ONE KNOWS THE LINK TO THAT PLEASE LET ME KNOW>
