The original article does not mention Hindu even once. You are not setting very high standards as a senior member on the pdf.

Preference for the male child, though extremely detestable and abominable is not the sole preserve of Hindus. It is a common affliction affecting the entire subcontinent and many other places in the world. This problem has always existed here but the introduction of prenatal sex determination tests have made matters worse. We have the required laws in place. What is urgently needed is strict implementation of these laws.

Indian social ills are beyond the purview of this forum. Its something wrong we all know that, but not the subject matter of this forum. On this forum we don't throw dirt on India for the fun of it. If any such issue had some relevance to Pakistan we would entertain a discussion here, but this, unfortunate as it is, study is not relevant nor is it an Indian defence topic.
