Fake NADRA website??

I randomly came across this website called https://www.nadraonline.com/ while looking to search the official NADRA online-services website. On clicking CNIC/NICOP it asks the user to enter complete private information and even gives an option to pay online! The site not only uses the name of NADRA but uses Pakistan flag and looks legit. The website though is managed by some Sahayog Marg from Kathmandu in Nepal (see below). Can anyone confirm if it is fake? If yes, can someone report it to the officials back home? If its fake, many overseas pakistanis might end up giving their private info online unknowingly. In this case, this site needs to be taken out fast!

seems scam done by indians.

I dont think this is an official nadra website, otherwise why would its officials based in kathmandu?

I think this website is created with intentions to collect the data of overseas pakistanis. I dont know if there is someone here who could forward it to the concerned departments.

That should not be a surprise more than 90% web servers including the ones of pakistani websites are based in USA. Because web hosting overthere is cheap and excellent.
However for a website like NADRA which holds a very sensitive data i suggest the web server should be in pakistan and should be highly secured and encrypted as well.

I've tried to to do a Whois on nadra website but got nothing. I was just told to go to another website which sell/managage domains names in Pakistan, http://www.pknic.net.pk/login.html

Nothing secured. Sometimes I think that new techs are not made for Pakistanis.

So they just bought the domain name from a pakistani company which makes a zero difference when it comes to web security. The main thing hosting is outside pakistan. I guess the NADRA tech advisers lack technical expertise and advised something that silly.Or perhaps in pakistan we dont have web servers which can handle that huge amount of data and perform all the search functions required.

Yes I was wondering if we only we have datacenters (at least for sensitive datas) and how would we be able to manage them (loadsheddings, IT skills, InfoSec skills, infrastructures etc...) I'm not supprised why each years google's stats say Pakistan's top search is gayporn... Not that Pakistanis are gay, but viruses, and others malwares are spreading like diarrhea.

These Indians are world known scammers.
Not surprising that they are going after Pakistanis as well.
We really need to try and take it down.
Can we report this to a Pakistani official?

https://id.nadra.gov.pk/ - this is their official website if you want to apply for NICOP/POC, we recently renewed 5 cards.

Seems like they just assist in creating ID cards, renew cards, etc. Because the existing requirements are so complex on the official website. For example uploading image under 1 MB and it needs to be jpg, etc.

I even cross-checked their location.

their location is the same, United States. But their ISP is this time different. , And their contact information contains Africa, Europe, and Asia. That seems like a spammy website.
As far as https://id.nadra.gov.pk/ is concerned that the website is hosted in Pakistan

From the IP, it's location is Country Pakistan, State Islamabad.
