Then why Moses needed to argue with Pharaoh and convince him to accept and submit to ALLAH Al Mighty?
The magicians that converted and accepted the message were they from amongst the people of Moses?
Different times, and different sizes of roles and responsibilities, and different mental level of people.
Jesus defeated his opponents and overpowered them.
Moses argued that his people be let go because it was God's will and command. Pharoah insisted that he is the God worthy of praise and thus the showdown between the Priests and Moses.
It is also noteworthy that Bithiah who submitted to the God of Moses was treated special as in since she did not belong to the Israelites.
It is a different discussion altogether if Israelites were in bondage in Egypt or not. Archeology however does point towards a war between the two before the Exodus.
Jesus as said was a reformer and did not bring anything new to the people of Israel.
