Failure of Pakistani Media

Under circumstances where your press have come under attack from reputable Indian judges who are in charge of Indian media I would have no doubt in believing Pakistani media over India

The new head of the Press Council of India, former Supreme Court justice Markandey Katju, passed a withering judgment on the state of journalism in the country during an interview In a statement he questioned the intelligence of Indian journalists — as “ill-considered, sweeping and uninformed. Intellectually Poor and Clueless was the conclusion about Indian media

So you mean......Indian media is a big failure and worthless.... then how they are projecting good image of India...confusing...Indian media is intellectual or dumb?

Well its India`s fault if they had not launched a comando attack on Srilankan cricket team there would be less terrorism in Pakistan, it is part of their quick attack doctrine and not to mention attack on French Submarine engineers

If we had to attack then surely our forces would have preferred to take out Dawood Ibrahim instead.

It's the Pakistan Media's job to portray Pakistan negatively, despite positive things stemming out of the country even during hard times. They can instill fear into the heart of every living Pakistani, but the truth is it shouldn't let that affect you one bit. They just need some quality news for the evening headlines. Honestly who cares about international perception? People's opinions and views are always changing and we shouldn't let the opinions and views of others affect us personally. People in the international world are also a lot more open-minded now-a-days especially with the increase of education, human rights and decrease of racism in developed countries.

Each country has their own problems, including Pakistan. What we should do, instead of picking out the internal problems of other countries like India and trying to make comparisons, is focus on the development and state of our country first. We are in a much worse position than any other country in the region so the last thing we should be doing is picking out faults in our neighbors.

People have lived peacefully in countries during times of hardships and that doesn't mean Pakistani's can't either. The Media will report whatever events they hear - which result from policies created by the Government, and the Government are the one's who control the Media. So don't blame the Media, blame the Government for Pakistan's problems.

Also, blame the average Pakistani laymen for being un-edcuated, lazy, and not wanting to promote any sort of change or peace in the country and surrounding region, despite growing economic, security and financial problems.

A country does not grow and prosper based on how it's Media portrays itself, or policies and decisions by it's Government. A country get's rid of it's internal problems through the collective effort and dedication for change, by it's people. That's how other countries have been advancing while Pakistan is still staying in the stone-age. The people need to wake up before it's too late.

Ugh.. Media needs control.. Musharraf was right controlling the media.

I think we also have to bear in mind that good news tends not to be regarded as news. All over the world negative articles seem to get more prominence
