F-104 Starfighter Units in Combat is a new book coming out in November by Peter Davies. I have looked at the previews & it contains detailed analysis of PAF's Starfighter deployments during Indo-Pakistan wars. Would love to buy this book, when it becomes available in November.

It is not the first in the world. I just checked with someone knowledgeable.
