I think with the recent accident, accountability, testing and retraining is ongoing in a full fledged manner. It's like 5 or 6th Brahmos test this year.

It should be - because one cannot rely on training two expert teams if the intent is to deploy 200 batteries. And India isn’t alone in this since the Russians are giving a fine example of having great equipment but only a few experts trained on it because leadership didn’t provide independence and resources moving down the funnel to let local commanders train and be held accountable for training.

Otherwise the Germans would have won in the air both world wars. Well trained professionals throughout and a well executed plan (doesn’t have to be brilliant, just average plan but followed through perfectly))
